Irvington is a second half team. Them having the lead going into the second half will really help them
As a Grandparent of two Nazareth players I would like to congratulate the Irvington Bulldogs on their NYS Championship. Your team plays with heart and ability under an accomplished coaching staff.
It’s good to know that we lost to the absolute best. Way to Go!
Congratulations to GINA and THE LADY BULLDOGS!!
To Mrs. Maher, Bj,Donna and all the girls congratulations to you all. I wish I could have been there to have seen it all but I am so proud. To the four seniors you all have lead with such class and grace each contributing something different but just as important. Being a former player at Irvington I know that it is a huge family that everyone who was forunate enough to participate is still apart of. Congratualtions to the best team with the Greatest Coach in all of New York State! Love you all very much!

Irvington has had some tough times recently. This really helps ladies. Congratulations and thank you!!!
I was gonna read the game updates to see how the exciting the game was, but the picture eliminates any suspense. Maybe better to put that at the bottom of the post. But congrats Irvington.
This is a great team with a great coach who understands its about the players not the coaches or anyone else or one player, it is a total team effort and I wish them all the best. GOOD JOB !!!!
Mr. Kelly, Your comments reflect the same class that the Nazareth team displayed in the arena. They were a very formidable opponent. You have a great team and coach also. The best of luck to your girls and school in the future.
Coach Maher, We know that you never scored a point for Irvington, never had an assist, never …..., but we all know that YOU are what made the difference between being competitors and CHAMPIONS! Congratulations.
JR, Thank you for saying what many of us are also feeling.
Good Job Irvington its nice to see how a great coach can work with home grown players to produce a championship, alot of schools look for transfers and players move from this school to that school and gain nothing at the end. The Irvington community should be proud of this great group of girls and there coaches and school who worked so hard for this championship they represented you well. Good Luck next week
Dear !!!!!

Your not kidding , I hope she can work it out with edgemont its a great school and the coach is a great person, if not all the best to her and her family where ever she goes.
