white plains plays mamaroneck at 415
71-37 Oss over Croton. Very few starters played the 4th if any. All players played in this game. At one point Ricci had 4 sophs and an 8th grader playing together.

Oss-Croton game as thrilling as watching grass grow. Please somebody tell the fools who make these leagues to get a grip. It’s not fair to either team. Croton played their hearts out and did have some spurts of good play but even on their greatest day they would lose to Ossining by 20. Same for Sleepy Hollow, Westlake etc. Saniya was her usual awesome self. It is never noticed how great she is without the ball or on defense. She is around the ball each an every play. The Pride are coming along..started two 8th graders a soph and 2 seniors. Look out!

Old News, I wouldn’t be so sure. Rumors have it that Oss could take Carmel if they were to play again. I’ve not seen Carmel play so I can’t really say for sure but I’ve heard from several people who were at that game that said Oss just played terrible in that game. Either way, it’s certainly to make the playoffs awfully intriguing this year.
Coach Ricci sat on the bench with his arms folded and was very quiet for most of the game. They could easily have beaten Croton by 50+ but there’s no point. Nobody learns anything so he gave everyone playing time.
What a guy that Coach Ricci is, huh?

Yes they “exposed” Ossining…like the Patriots “exposed” the Jets on Monday night….hmmmm we all know how that turned out don”t we? An innocent post and the Carmelites come running. Took a whuppin last week on the JV level didn”t they? Ossining did not play well in the Carmel game and as I said they were killed on the boards well maybe….just maybe…Ossining may have an answer come tournament time. We’ll see.
