Player of the day — Lillian McCabe, Rye: McCabe scored 24 points, including her 1,000th varsity point, for the Garnets in a 69-43 win over Harrison. The magic point came on a free throw late in the fourth quarter. She is only the fourth player in Rye history to achieve this milestone. Catharine Greer added 20 points for the Garnets. Ashley Eklund led the Huskies with nine points.

New Rochelle 58, Molloy 50: At the JFK Invitational at JFK High School in the Bronx, Aliya Hayes scored 13 points for the Huguenots. Iyana Abrams and Mary Miceli each scored 12 points.
Hackley 34, Holy Child 27: At Hackley, Allie Coppola had 11 points and 18 rebounds. Nia Yancopoulas scored 10 points.
Hopkins 42, Masters 36: At Hopkins Conn, Naya Williams scored 21 points for the Panthers.
Westlake 63, Sacred Heart 50: In the championship game of the Kathy Mayer Classic at Sacred Heart, Tina Karaqi had 33 points and 11 rebounds and was named tournament MVP. Teammate Claire Mulgrew had nine points and seven rebounds. Tiffany Corselli had 25 points for the Irish.

According to Max Preps and HighSchoolSports.net Molloy is ranked 24th in the state. The beat LI Lutheran handlely.
