I read an article that stated Coach Ricci asked someone to check the stat book to see how many points Sanyia had in the fourth quarter. Who does that? Why would he do that? Fouls I can see, but points?? Hey Coach you enjoying letting a girl score 61 points while other girls on the team dont have a SINGLE POINT.

Yeah i saw the same article…no coach should worry about how many points one their players has. Not only that, but then he announces it to his bench and other players on the team?? Thats just crazy. The team should worry about how many points are on the score board…later on if they win or lose, they can see how well the team did as a whole and individually
Coach Ricci sounds like a sick dude if he doing things like that.
I have never really heard of a coach asking SPECIFICALLY how many points a girl has during the game. What would be the purpose of that? Why does he care? I dont think he is trying to convince anyone that its his coaching that has her playing so well, she was a great ball player before she got to Ricci. So @ OOMPA LOOMPA, Section 1 and J.S. I too am in disbelief as to why any coach would ask how many points a girl has in the fourth quarter, especially a close game.
