The Journal News All-Stars have been selected for the 2011-12 girls basketball season with Ossining’s Saniya Chong becoming the Westchester/Putnam Athlete of the Season for a second-straight year and Pearl River’s Christa Scognamiglio collecting her third-straight Rockland Athlete of the Season award.
