Horace Greeley senior Jackie Brett missed the potential game-winning basket at the end of the game to spoil the Quakers’ (3-6) upset hopes over the Trojans (10-2), as Blind Brook won a thrilling 48-47 game.
Blind Brook’s dynamic duo of Ali Silfen (20 points, 12 rebounds) and Jackie Lavitt (13 points, 18 rebounds) paced the Trojans in the win.
As for our personal picks, Phil Terrigno remains unbeaten in our “Game of the Night” predictions, improving to 3-0 after predicting a 60-48 Blind Brook win (I said 64-60).

How is JFK a top ten team if they only beat teams like north Salem put valley and pawling( who just got first win ) Yeah they won one game against Lourdes but the only other descent team they played they lost.

I could be wrong – but it looks like if a team plays against a high ranking team – then they are ranked even if they lose. It’s better to play against tougher competition and take the loss .
